This evening, we need to take our chat database offline for updates. Normally, we schedule maintenance windows with at least 4 weeks notice, but in this case we deemed it important enough to address immediately.

Tasks will remain operational for the duration, and chat will be read-only. Sending messages, creating chats, etc will be unavailable for about 15 to 20 minutes.
